Life Style Grid - opens the door to understanding the individual and how they relate to others.
Interview Guide - provides rating benchmarks in the form of career profiles, enabling candidates to be compared to many different job categories.  
Areas of Interest - enables both the individual and management to determine what activity or work situations an individual would find most interesting and those to avoid.
Components at a glance - displays the 11 behavioural components that relate to an individual's behaviour and operating style. Also indicates the individual's needs and how their behaviour is affected when these are not met.
Coaching the Individual - provides a basis for effective coaching and mentoring. Identifies critical development areas and areas to monitor.      
Differences to Watch - compares and contrasts two individuals or groups and describes the significant differences that will affect how they are likely to relate to one another.    
Strengths and Needs - describes and interprets an individual's significant strengths and motivational needs.    
Stress Pages - displays written summaries of likely areas of individual stress involving interpersonal relations, dealing with schedules or details, handling conflict and making decisions.        
Career Management - scales provide general to specific scaling, of the individual's similarity to others who work in and enjoy specific career areas.      
Managerial and Organisational Style - provides a narrative of the individual's preferred managerial styles when planning, organising, directing and controlling.    
Group Grid - provides an objective, non-judgemental look at needs that underlie motivation and performance, affect normal behaviour and govern the way individuals tend to react and behave under stress.      
Comprint - displays the total team strengths, diversity and areas for growth. A potential team member can be introduced to the team profile to ascertain the effect on the team of the new addition.      
Group Graph - compares each respondent's interests, behavioural components, management styles, organisational strengths and intellectual styles with those of others in the group.
