Derek Tree

Derek Tree is the Founder and Managing Director of Psychology Network Limited. He has experience in psychometric assessment and feedback for personal development and coaching at senior executive level. In addition he has had in depth experience in corporate banking, at the highest levels, including assessment of risk for global companies. He was a leader in the establishment of the University for Lloyds TSB and managed several faculties including Marketing, Information Technology and Risk Management.

Claire Ballard

Claire Ballard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with significant top management experience in the private sector. She has experience of business development and service delivery at all levels. Claire has a strong track record of advisory and consultancy expertise applied to individual assessment and development, behavioural change, bespoke organisational audits and attitude surveys, recruitment and selection processes, and research. Claire has worked with private, public and charity sectors at senior levels, with focus mainly on supporting executive clients.

Paul Phillips

Paul has over 22 years experience working internationally as a management and organisation development consultant in public, private and charity sectors. Professionally qualified in organisational and applied psychology, he is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.

Flexible and adaptable in the projects he takes on, with the ability to work with all levels of an organisation as a mentor and coach. His skills span a range of areas - design and delivery of organisational "health checks" - assessment of organisational and business effectiveness - facilitation - 360 degree assessment design and development - planning and evaluation of major change initiatives - communications design -management training for new ways of working - Business Process Reengineering.

Henry Lee

A CIPD qualified and highly experienced Training & Development Consultant with extensive knowledge and skills in instructional design, face to face and distance learning and also coaching. Additionally, a proven track record in providing learning and communication consultancy and solutions for corporate clients in UK and International markets, has resulted in an articulate, flexible and highly creative communicator and facilitator with tri-lingual skills (English - French - Italian).
